Absolute Diavolo (アブソリュートディアボロ, Abusoryūto Diaboro) is an immensely powerful Absolutian warrior with abilities akin to Absolute Tartarus. He is said to be the strongest user of the Cosmo Beast Style in the universe and freely makes use of his cunning techniques.

Absolute Diavolo was captivated by the strength of the Cosmo Beast Style and decided to become an apprentice. He snuck onto Planet D60 assuming the guise of a martial artist named Dias (ディアス, Diasu) and sought after Master Alude's Cosmo Buffalo and the Juggernaut Charging Buffalo Strike.
Diavolo lured the Magma Invasion Army to invade the planet and used the chaos as cover to rob Master Alude of the Cosmo Buffalo.

- Diavolo's martial arts style and special attacks were initially translated as "Cosmo Beast Fist" and "Juggernaut Charging Bull Fist" respectively. These were corrected to "Cosmo Beast Style" and "Juggernaut Charging Buffalo Strike" during Ultraman Regulos' voice cast reveal.[1]
