The Ancient Sparklence (エンシェントスパークレンス, Enshento Supākurensu) is an ancient relic used as the basis for the GUTS Sparklence. Kengo Manaka was entrusted with the Ancient Sparklence, by Yuzare in the past, to become one with Trigger Dark.
History[]

The Ancient Sparklence was an ancient relic that had gathered the lights of the stars over eons, and was used by someone in the past to become Ultraman Trigger.
The Ancient Sparklence was the basis Akito Hijiri used for the GUTS Sparklence's creation.[1] A special GUTS Sparklence that could change forms, was created by Kengo and was given to Kengo Manaka. It remained aboard the Nursedessei, in Akito's lab, along with other ancient relics. It appeared as an ancient memory right when Kengo as its inherited the light.
It was revealed, when Kengo traveled back thirty million years into the past, that the Ancient Sparklence was in Yuzare's possession, before she handed it over to Kengo. Kengo would then use the Ancient Sparklence to fuse with Trigger Dark, who was inches away from claiming the power of the Eternity Core in an attempt to turn the giant over to the light.

Light Absorption[]
The Ancient Sparklence has the ability to absorb light, having absorbed the light of stars for eons.
Inner Space[]
Kengo used the Ancient Sparklence in the past to become one with Trigger Dark within Inner Space.
Transformation[]

In the DX version of the Ancient Sparklence, it has the capability for transformation into Ultraman Trigger Multi Type and Glitter Trigger Eternity depending on the amount of light it has absorbed. Although it lacks a Hyper Gun Mode, the GUTS Hyper Keys are compatible in its grip.[2][3]
Zabil used the light gathering ritual with the Ancient Sparklence placed at the altar, collecting the light from Ultraman Trigger's Hyper Keys and become Evil Trigger.
