Golba (ゴルバー, Gorubā) is an monster that first appeared in Ultraman Trigger: New Generation Tiga. A mysterious Ultra-Ancient Dark Monster with two faces and four eyes. It flies with wings spread from projections on both shoulders and shoots flaming bullets from its horns.

History

Mars

An unknown energy was detected near the outer walls of the Mars colony's dome. Golba manifested from that dark cloud and attacked the colony causing quakes that the Ultra-Ancient ruins to nearly collapse. It dug underground and breached the dome walls, destroying the automated defense systems while it advanced toward the ruins. Chairman Shizuma fires a Shockwave Bullet and managed to fend off the monster and it retreated underground.

Some time passed and it resurfaced again on Carmeara's command and resumed its attack. Kengo became one with Trigger's statue and rose up to the surface to fight the monster. Golba and Trigger fought fiercely, with the two appearing to be evenly matched. Carmeara joined the battle, targeting the newly revived Trigger and broke his defenses, allowing Golba to attack Trigger with the upper hand. As the battle looked to be in the two's favor, ancient memories in Kengo awakened and he summoned forth the Circle Arms and struck down Golba with the Zeperion Sword Finish. As Trigger fired his Zeperion Beam, Carmeara commanded Golba to shield her from the beam and gets blown apart.^{[Connection of Light]}

Golba Ⅱ

While GUTS-Select was under the effects of unidentified cosmic waves, Golba Ⅱ was summoned on Earth by a Kyriel.^{[Smile Operation No.1]}
