Robonez (ロボネズ, Robonezu) is a Monster that appeared in Return of Ultraman.

History[]
Return of Ultraman[]
Robonez was a monster that was already attacking a refinery one night, while being engaged in battle with MAT. Eventually, Ultraman Jack appeared on the scene, and he fought back against the monster as well. The battle appeared to be at a standstill until Robonez bit into Jack's left arm, transmitting rat-bite disease into the ultra. Robonez continued to fight back by ensnaring the ultra with his tail and electrocuting him. However, Jack managed to free himself from the monster's tail, and after sending his Ultra Bracelet down the monster's throat, Robonez was reduced to a mechanical skeleton, revealing its cybernetic origins. It was then revealed that the monster was created and sent by Alien Messie to kill Jack, who had been foiled for the time being...
Abilities[]
- Poison Fangs: Robonez's fangs are filled with poison that can cause rat-bite disease.
- Flames: Robonez can spew a stream of flames from his mouth.
- Electric Tail: Robonez has a long prehensile tail that can electrocute his opponent through physical contact.
- Armor plating: Robonez's body is coated with an armored-plating, allowing the monster to shrug off most conventional weapons used against him.

Notes[]
- Robonez was designed by Akihiko Iguchi. Although his design drawings did not include robotic elements, his armor plating was added during the sculpting stage of his inception.
