- Ultraman Powered was voiced by an unknown voice actor in the English version of Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero and Sho Kosugi (コスギショー, Kosugi Shō) in the Japanese version, who is also the father of Kane Kosugi.
- Ultraman Powered's shouts are voiced by Kane Kosugi, who also portrayed Kenichi Kai.
- Ultraman Powered is voiced by Kane Kosugi (ケイン・コスギ, Kein Kosugi) in the English version of Ultra Galaxy Fight: The Absolute Conspiracy and Toshiyuki Morikawa (森川 智之, Morikawa Toshiyuki) in the Japanese version.
