Ultrawoman Grigio (ウルトラウーマングリージョ, Urutoraūman Gurījo) is the little sister of Ultraman Rosso and Ultraman Blu born from the evolution of Saki Mitsurugi's light within Grigio Regina. Asahi Minato was moved by the fact that Saki Mitsurugi lent her help in her transformation that she has taken on her real name "Grigio".
Grigio has become one of the most active young heroes, using her powerful healing and energy manipulation abilities to help not only the New Generation Heroes, but the forces of the Land of Light, as part of the Ultra League opposing the Absolutians.

Grigio has a strong desire to protect what is important and save those who are hurt, which is why she excels in defense rather than attack.

Background[]
Ultrawoman Grigio was originally the power of light bestowed by Voice of Light to Grigio that laid dormant within her Grigio Bone's Regina form. However, Grigio was unable to unlock it in her lifetime, which worsened her envy toward her brothers Rosso and Blu who got their Ultra forms, the same envy which extended to their lookalike and successors Katsumi and Isami. During the fight against Snake Darkness and its creator Ultraman Tregear, Saki as a spirit helped Asahi Minato unlock the power of light within Grigio Regina. As Ultrawoman Grigio, Asahi restored her brothers and Geed's energy, but their enemies still outclass them in terms of strength. To turn the tide of their battle, Asahi, Katsumi, and Isami combined into Ultraman Gruebe and defeated Snake Darkness, though Tregear managed to survive the battle to continue his destructive quest to spread chaos across the cosmos. - Grigio Shot (グリージョショット, Gurījo Shotto): The only destructive beam that Grigio, who is not good at combat, can use to inflict damage on enemies.

- It is possible, though not officially confirmed, that Ultrawoman Grigio is the giant form belonging to Grigio/Saki Mitsurugi as the true manifestation of the powers she was given by the Voice of Light.
- Unlike Ultraman Geed/Riku Asakura, another physically older Ultra, Asahi is instead the host of Ultrawoman Grigio.
