Ultrawoman Grigio Darkness (ウルトラウーマングリージョダークネス, Urutoraūman Gurījo Dākunesu) is the dark copy of Ultrawoman Grigio created by Ultra Dark-Killer.[2]
She made her first on-screen appearance in Ultra Galaxy Fight: The Destined Crossroad as a darkness copy Alien Bat created by merging the energy of light stolen from Ultrawoman Grigio with the Killer Plasma.
