Yuna Shizuma (シズマ ユナ, Shizuma Yuna) is a member of GUTS-Select and Kengo's instructor. She is the daughter of Mitsukuni Shizuma and heiress to the esteemed Sizuma Foundation.[1] Yuna is also a descendant of Yuzare, whose spirit currently resides within her as she slowly awakens her powers and learns about her destiny. A decade later, she now works for the Sizuma Foundation as her father's secretary.

Yuna is a bright and ingenious girl and has a strong sense of conviction within her. She is a talented young woman who has received a privileged education from a young age.[1]
History[]
Yuna watched the news report of a giant and a monster that appeared on Mars from the Shizuma mansion with Akito Hijiri. Her father was right about the existence of Giants of Light. [Connection of Light]
During Kengo's first time meeting GUTS-Select, Yuna arrived late from school. Kengo acted too forward with her as he mistook her for Yuzare, who was nearly identical to her, to which Kengo apologized for. After all members had gathered at the bridge, Gymaira awakened and began to rampage in Sorafune City. Yuna, Akito, and Kengo were deployed to evacuate civilians as Himari Nanase fought the monster with the GUTS Falcon. As Ultraman Trigger appeared on Earth and battled the alien monster, Yuna witnessed the Giant of Light and mysteriously uttered the giant's name unconsciously. Akito was confused how she knew its name, but Yuna had not realized she had done so either. [Leap to the Future]
Yuna was targeted by an alien, who Mitsukuni speculated could be the final Giant of Darkness. She was kidnapped by Hudram the next morning, who took her hostage in an attempt to obtain the Eternity Core's location from Yuzare. Ignis arrived to confront Hudram, but was interrupted by Kengo and Akito, who mistook him for Hudram after the Giant ran off. As she was about to shield Ignis from an energy bullet, Yuzare awakened from within her and deflected the blast. Yuzare warned them to protect the Eternity Core from the Giants of Darkness before disappearing and Yuna collapsed. Yuna recovered in the infirmary room. [The Ultra-Ancient Light and Darkness]
Yuna would later learn that her rookie, Kengo is indeed Ultraman Trigger after hearing Akito yelling his name.[The Encounter of Light and Darkness]
Ultraman Decker[]
A decade later, Yuna became Mitsukuni's secretary in the Sizuma Foundation. She was on Earth when the Sphere Barrier covered the planet Earth.She eventually reunited with Kengo when the Ultra-Ancient Plant Gijeran bloomed and provided Mitsukuni's research on it from an unearthed stone tablet. She and Kengo joined the new GUTS-Select in Operation Eliminate Gijeran, donning their old uniforms. Yuna spotted Kengo and Kanata leave to fight Sphere-Megalothor as Ultramen. Even though Yuzare's ring was sacrificed years prior, Yuna called on Yuzare's spirit again and helped Ultraman Decker to pull Carmeara out of Sphere-Megalothor with his psychokinesis.[The Light of Hope from the Red Planet][Light and Darkness, Again]

- GUTS Buckle (ガッツバックル, Gattsu Bakkuru): Utility belts for storing the GUTS Sparklence and Hyper Keys.
- Yuzare's ring (ユザレの指輪, Yuzare no yubiwa): A ring worn by Yuzare that can block attacks with its energy shield. It was passed down her bloodline to Yuna's mother, before her father gave it to her on her eighteenth birthday, strengthening her connection with Yuzare.
